I only ever drink these on Saturdays. All of the Alo drinks taste good, but the one with the medicine is Awaken. I will take these on Saturday afternoon or evening if Im looking for a little extra boost. They synergize so well with ENERGY NOW. However, if things are already kicking they can make the day too strong. Use as needed.
