Energy Now is a company that makes herbal supplement packets that can normally be found near the counter of a convenience store. They make several different packet varieties with slightly different formulations, but in reality they are all pretty much the same. They suggest taking 3 but 1 is all that is needed on the plan. I take mine with Cell Food because that gives it a little boost in effectiveness.
